What are the shipping costs?

Do you ship internationally?

Though we are a Canadian base retailer, we proudly ship Worldwide – bringing quality-crafted apparel & accessories delivering to you with care.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking info to update after dispatch.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

Our store ships and delivers worldwide. Orders shipped from Canada typically do not incur duties or import taxes for Canadian customers. However, depending on stock availability and logistics, some orders may be fulfilled from the United States or other international locations.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if my item is lost in transit?

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. To file a claim, please email us at contact@bluewardrobeapparel.com.

If the Carrier Confirms the Order is Lost

We’ve got you covered — we’ll gladly reship your order at no extra cost.

Exceptions (When Reshipping Is Not Covered)

We are unable to reship orders that are:

  • Marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delayed or lost due to an incorrect shipping address
  • Refused by the customer upon delivery

How can I cancel my order?

Time Frame for Cancellations: If you regret your purchase, you can only cancel an order within 6 hoursof placing it. After that time frame, production typically starts, and it’s no longer possible to cancel.

What if I receive the wrong product?
  1. Timeframe:You must submit a problem report within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. What to Include:
    Provide photographic proof clearly showing:
  • The wrong item received
  • Any incorrect design, color, or size
  1. What We Cover:
    If the issue is due to a fulfillment error (wrong item, design, size or color), we will either:
  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Yes, if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email our team at contact@bluewardrobeapparel.com with:

  • You order number and confirmation email
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags still attached.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the reason
